Istria Uncovered Wine Flight

This flight of wine will take you through a selection of grape varieties from Istria. Production methods for each of the wines differ significantly which results in wines with a very varied profile, offering an experience of what Istria has to offer. The wines you will experience have been carefully selected from some of Istria’s finest wineries. We hope you enjoy the flight as you take a journey through the myriad of styles from the Istrian region.

There is an option of experiencing a sweet wine made from Malvasia using the ‘passito’ method. This is from the Babos winery in Vodnjan. The wine is paired with some aged Veli Jože cheese, at an additional cost of €8.
